Engineering Ability: capable of mounting a wide variety of parts including 0201 specification and high precision BGA chips (minimum pitch is 0.4mm); designing and making tooling and fixtures
At the same time we also have three DIP production lines. Through Hole Technology(THT) capacity is 500000 points pur day. The working experience of our technicians is more than 3 years. They all have the strict training before they become a qualified technician. And they have routine exam every quarter.
